The Hollywood Bowl box furniture received an update.  Early this year the boxes at the Hollywood Bowl were updated to included a stainless steel frame and new Alaskan Yellow Cedar.  Last month the Garden and Terrace box updates continued.  The old chairs and tables have been replaced with a more modern version.

The chair frames are now wood and the canvas seats have been replaced with a mesh webbing.  They are more comfortable but do take more space in the box making things a bit more cramped.

The tables are basically the same size and shape but offer a better locking mechanism. This is a welcome change since the old lock-in-place tables never felt 100% secure.
