Hollywood Bowl bench seats get an upgrade

The bench seating at the Hollywood Bowl is getting replaced with new Alaskan yellow cedar. This is a great improvement for the Hollywood Bowl as much of the wood today is in bad shape. The new wood will weather to gray over time. According to the LA Country Supervisor’s site the $1.6 million project should wrap up by Opening Night (June 21st).
