The Hollywood Bowl has once again been recognized as one of the top live music venues in the country, taking home the Red Rocks Award for Outdoor Concert Venue of the Year at the 37th Annual Pollstar Awards.

The Pollstar Awards are one of the most respected honors in the live entertainment industry. Unlike many awards, they are voted on by industry peers, making the recognition especially meaningful.

This year, the Hollywood Bowl stood out among an impressive group of nominees, including:

  • Forest Hills Stadium (Queens, NY)
  • Greek Theatre (Los Angeles, CA)
  • Koka Booth Amphitheatre (Cary, NC)
  • Pine Knob Music Theatre (Clarkston, MI)
  • The Orion Amphitheater (Huntsville, AL)

In the end, the Hollywood Bowl took the top honor.

Hollywood Bowl Pollstar Award History

This win is not a one-time achievement. The Hollywood Bowl has received this recognition many times over the years. In fact, it has been honored repeatedly as Outdoor Concert Venue of the Year, further cementing its status as one of the premier music venues in the world.

The Bowl’s combination of history, acoustics, and setting continues to make it a favorite for both artists and fans.

Why the Hollywood Bowl Wins the Pollstar Award

There are many reasons why the Hollywood Bowl continues to earn top honors.

First, the venue offers a unique outdoor experience. Nestled in the Hollywood Hills, it combines natural beauty with world-class production.

In addition, the Bowl hosts an incredibly diverse lineup. From classical performances with the LA Phil to major pop, rock, and jazz acts, the venue appeals to a wide audience.

Finally, there is the overall atmosphere. Whether it’s a fireworks show, a film night, or a major concert, the experience at the Bowl feels different from a typical venue.

Perennial Favorite

Winning the Hollywood Bowl Pollstar Award for Outdoor Concert Venue of the Year once again highlights the venue’s continued excellence. It also reinforces what many concertgoers already know — the Hollywood Bowl remains one of the best places in the country to see live music.
