On Tuesday, January 8th, the LA Philharmonic   announced that the 41st annual Playboy Jazz Festival will take place at the Hollywood Bowl with performances from June 8-9, 2019. As in years past the LA Phil teases a portion of the line-up in January.

Among the early announcements are Angélique Kidjo, Boz Scaggs, The Maceo Parker Big Band, Sheila E., Béla Fleck and The Flecktones, Harold López-Nussa, Sona Jobarteh and Benny Golson’s 90th Birthday Quartet.

George Lopez will once again host the event. Single tickets are scheduled to go on sale on March 5, 2019.
