The National Symphony Orchestra makes its first appearance at the Hollywood Bowl, ever, under Music Director Gianandrea Noseda, celebrating the multitudes contained within the idea of America. Peter Boyer’s American Mosaic draws influences and imagery from all 50 states. Created in collaboration with photo-historian/video artist Joe Sohm, the musical-visual work was commissioned to mark the United States’ 250th anniversary.
